Whole-system Aura ÷ Aura115 write executor ÷ Joshua command surface. WRITE TO GITHUB calls the real write route. ASK CHAT calls the thinking route only.

File path is relative to GITHUB_ROOT_PREFIX. If prefix is Aura115_CURRENT, then THE_FORGE.md writes to Aura115_CURRENT/THE_FORGE.md.
