Governed Open-Source eVTOL Initiative

A neuromorphic control halo with a governance kernel that can constrain but never escalate.

Conventional propulsion. Cryptographically auditable safety. Built on ArduPilot, Loihi 2, and YBCO superconductor tape — sourceable today, open from day one. No exotic physics; the novelty is in how the aircraft thinks and proves it stayed safe.

The kernel observes, advises, then gates. It can refuse a command or trigger a rescue mode — but it cannot synthesize new authority. Every gate decision is hash-chained for FAA experimental review.

— 01

Start with the known.

Conventional eVTOL → neuromorphic control → superconducting power. Each phase flies on its own. No phase depends on the next.

— 02

Governed from day one.

DVK + GE-115 run in the flight loop from the first tethered hover. Telemetry is hash-chained for experimental airworthiness review.

— 03

Open by default.

PCBs, code, BOMs, test logs published openly. Safety-critical thresholds shipped with rationale, not just numbers.
