This is the engine surface. It is intentionally usable now and intentionally cloneable later. The page can fetch governed context, kernel state, and runtime state without forcing you to rewrite your Python into JavaScript.

This page is not meant to be a dead mock. It is meant to be the first live engine surface, while still being clean enough to duplicate for the other engines without dragging old clutter forward.
FETCH PATTERN
The browser fetches JSON. Python stays in lib/server. API endpoints are the bridge. No wrapper rewrite is needed if the server routes are present.
NEXT USE
After this engine surface is live, clone it into the specific engines and then bind Jupiter first, because Jupiter is the governor-of-governors frame you already established.
