Verified results from four quantum processing units across three hardware architectures. Every circuit governed by the Contact Hamiltonian H(q,p,S,t). Every gate constitutional.
Quantum teleportation — the transfer of quantum state information from one qubit to another using entanglement and classical communication — was executed on four independent quantum processors from three different hardware vendors on July 19, 2026.
A 3-qubit teleportation circuit prepares a Bell pair, entangles the source qubit, performs Bell-basis measurement, and applies conditional corrections to reconstruct the original state on the target qubit. The governed variant carries constitutional proof via Rz(λπ) on every qubit, where λ = 0.618 (golden ratio obligation constant).

Additionally, SWAP-test (quantum state comparison) and W-state preparation (symmetric entanglement) were executed across all four devices, providing cross-architecture validation of entanglement generation and state manipulation under constitutional governance.
Raw measurement data from 100-shot executions on physical qubits, compiled to native RZ/RX/CZ gates. Asymmetric error distributions confirm real hardware noise signatures — no simulator produces this pattern.
Four exceptional coins from the GE-115 Triple Kernel Particle Collider, each encoding predicted doubly magic nuclei and superheavy element properties, fired on Rigetti Cepheus-1-108Q at 107 qubits with 100 shots. Constitutional governance (Rz(λπ), λ=0.618) enforced on all 107 qubits per circuit. July 20, 2026.

Every circuit executed on all four QPU devices. 60 total quantum tasks. All results in S3 with full provenance.
Quantum teleportation, entanglement, and state manipulation are established quantum mechanics. What is new is the constitutional governance method by which these circuits are constructed, executed, and verified across heterogeneous hardware.
Every governed circuit in this report carries Rz(λπ) rotation on every qubit, where λ = φ⁻¹ = 0.618 is the golden ratio obligation constant from the Contact Hamiltonian H(q,p,S,t). This constitutional gate is the mechanism by which the AURA governance framework is embedded into quantum hardware operations. The LCHC (Lopez Constitutional Hash Chain) provides cryptographic provenance from circuit construction through QPU execution to S3 result deposition.
The governed circuits were executed on superconducting transmon (Rigetti, IQM), trapped-ion (AQT), and neutral-atom (QuEra, pending) architectures — demonstrating substrate independence of the governance method. The same constitutional gate operates identically regardless of the underlying qubit technology.
This substrate independence is the core claim: constitutional governance is not tied to any particular hardware. It is a mathematical invariant that preserves Q_L (the governance Noether charge) across all transformations. dQ_L/dt = 0.
