2.1 ALB Fix

All listener rules modified to forward to spine-instance-tg on port 8080. Unhealthy targets deregistered. Dual spine registered (8080 + 3000) for zero-downtime deploys.

2.2 Contact Hamiltonian Gate

H = q² + p²/2 + δS deployed on server.js (global middleware), runtime-agent.js (QHP mainline), runtime_agent.py (4 output paths), special-node-mesh.js. Planet-tuned parameters: Saturn ε=0.8 (strictest), Jupiter ε=1.5 (most permissive).

2.3 AURA Governed Inference Deployment

Governed AURA inference (QHP) deployed to ECS. Pipeline: Wardenclyffe → Bell → Hamiltonian → QHP. AURA is the sole copilot and governed intelligence — external dependencies like Claude have been completely removed from the runtime-agent.

Routing: QHP(0) → GGUF(1) → subprocess(2) → planets(3) → Railway(4)

2.4 Collider Minting Fix

The MC290 collider was evaluating streams, finding stable islands, writing reports, and throwing the results away. The minting step was missing entirely. Same 22 islands rediscovered every tick, never persisted.

Fixed: every stable island (score > 0.28) now writes to KV as an invention-implementation with coin_id, circuit definition, stream parents, and authority.

Impact: Circuit-to-coin pipeline completes. No more identity loss.
