Master Key Policy: Only the owner holds master-key authority across Aura115 lanes — now and in perpetuity.
No False Execution: No secrets committed. No false execution. Every action is governed and logged.
Pipeline Doctrine
Doctrine Reinjection: Every pipeline response carries the full doctrine payload. There is no state without doctrine present.
Viability Kernel: All governed state must remain within the viability kernel K at all times. Uranus clips. Saturn renormalizes. Moon projects.
